- Submit application and $200 fee to determine
eligibility. Click here for a

Please note:
you may receive a

with the server owner, so the name on the certificate is not "TALI." If

- Take the written and oral examinations.
- Submit a White Paper topic as explained in the
White Paper Criteria.
- Upon approval of the White Paper outline or
summary, submit the
actual White Paper as explained in the White Paper
Criteria.
