The following procedures have been adopted by the TCI
Committee for those seeking this prestigious certification:
- Submit application and $200 fee to determine
eligibility.
- Take the written and oral examinations.
- Submit a White Paper topic as explained in the
White Paper Criteria.
- Upon approval of the White Paper outline or
summary, submit the
actual White Paper as explained in the White Paper
Criteria.
